About Sprint GMP

Our Story

Sprint GMP was born out of necessity. We were running two in-house direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands with vertical manufacturing operations, and we found ourselves facing the same challenges that many small and medium manufacturers encounter: expensive software fees, complex enterprise solutions that didn't fit our needs, and endless hours spent on manual data entry and compliance documentation.

Like many manufacturers, we needed a system that could handle batch traceability, quality control, and compliance documentation, but the existing solutions were either too expensive for our scale or too complex for our team to implement and maintain. We were paying thousands per month for software that didn't quite fit our workflow, and we were still spending countless hours manually processing delivery notes, entering batch data, and preparing compliance documentation.

The Solution

Instead of continuing to pay for software that didn't work for us, we decided to build our own. Sprint GMP was developed specifically for our two DTC brands, designed from the ground up to handle the unique challenges of vertical manufacturing operations.

One of our biggest breakthroughs was integrating AI automation for document processing. We built an AI assistant that could automatically extract information from delivery notes, process goods receipts, and even help create batch records, saving us 10+ hours per week on manual data entry. This wasn't just a nice-to-have feature; it was a game-changer for our operations.

Why We're Sharing It

After using Sprint GMP internally for our own brands and seeing the dramatic improvements in efficiency and compliance, we realized that other manufacturers were facing the same challenges we had.
